  • Our warehouse and office are located at 2311 Loma Avenue South El Monte, CA 91733. We are centrally located in Los Angeles County to offer all our party rental and event rental services.

    We also offer a showroom to view our products and discuss your party rental needs. To visit our showroom, we do require an appointment, please send us an email or call to set up a time.

  • We recommend booking far in advance, the typical recommendation is 2-3 months. We can also provide party rental and event services on a short notice depending on our schedule and availability.     Reservation Policy

    We require a 50% deposit with a credit card on file to reserve each order. We accept all major credit cards and cash. The balance on all orders is due and charged 72 hours prior to event date. We send a final invoice and notice 4 days prior to event date.

    Cancellation Policy
    If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as you can.

    Cancellations made before 60 days from event date receive a full refund. Cancellations made 60 days to 7 days in advance will have the deposit turned into a credit that can be used for any future event or date. Cancellations made 7 days or less from event date will loss deposit and no credit will be given for future date or event.

  • Yes, we do offer delivery for all our products and services. We proudly service the greater Los Angeles Party Rental region with all our party rental and event rental services. We service all the cities in Los Angeles County from Calabasas to Pomona and Palos Verde to Santa Clarita. We also offer delivery services to Orange County, San Bernardino County, and Riverside County. We also deliver to Palm Springs, Santa Barbara, San Francisco and Las Vegas. We offer all our party rental and event rental services for a variety of event locations from backyard events to location shoots and venue events. Reach out to us to get a quote.

  • Our Fees
    Rental Rate - we list all our items on our website for each item except for services which we would need more details to quote. Please contact us to get a quote on pool covers, lighting, or fabric décor.
    Rental Rates:
    o 1-3 day rental – 1X base rate
    o 3 – 7 day rental – 1.5X
    o 8 – 14 day rental – 2X
    o 15 – 21 – day rental – 3X
    o 21 – or more days – call for a quote

    Set up Fee – If applicable, a set up fee will be charged for item(s) that require set up or when set up is requested. We also charge set up fees for traversing difficult areas (elevators, steps, obstacles, etc). Set-up charges vary depending on each event, location, and items/services rented. Please reach out to us for a detailed quote.


    Delivery Fee – We offer two different delivery options “standard” and “special.”
    — “Standard” Delivery – we deliver the items 24-72 hours prior to your event and pick up 12-72 hours after your event. Price varies depending on distance from our location. Schedule is set weekly on Tuesday. We provide a day and 3 hour window for delivery and pick up. Standard Delivery rate depends on distance.

    Rental Minimums for “Standard”Delivery:
    • 0-8 mile radius from our office - $0 minimum rentals
    • 8-32 mile radius from our office - $600 minimum
    • 32 – 100 mile radius from our office - $1500 minimum

    — “Special” Rate Delivery – we deliver on specific date or time or deliveries or pick ups on Saturday and/or Sunday or after hours on weekdays. Special Delivery rate depends on the distance.

    Rental Minimums for “Special” Delivery
    • 0-8 mile - $500 minimum rentals
    • 8-32 mile - $1500 minimum
    • 32-100 mile - $2500 minimum

  • We do offer will-call or pick up from our warehouse for select items. Please reach out to us to see if you can pick up the items you wish to order. Will-Call is not available for all items.

  • We charge a replacement or repair fee for any damages and/or loss that is occurs during the time the items are in client’s possession. The price varies depending on each items.
